Dynamics CRM is Customer Relationship Management application for SMB and Enterprise businesses. Dynamics CRM is available on cloud and on premise editions.
Microsoft provides four different license options of CRM Online. Professional ($65*), Basic ($30*), Essential ($15*) and Enterprise ($200). All prices are per user, per month. Visit Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Price and License Guide for more information
Dynamics CRM Online requires minimum 5 Professional user licenses to start with.
You can convert your CRM Online trial on Office 365 Admin Center. On the left-hand side of the page click Licensing, Select Dynamics CRM Online Trial, and click Buy Now. Follow the instructions to enter your payment information.
The initial term is 1 year. However, Cancellation is allowed within the first 30 days of purchase at no fee however 30 days need to be paid. If the subscription is continued beyond 30 days and cancellation is requested before 1 year ends, the cancellation fee of 1-month subscription is charged. (currently waived but may be applicable in future)
Each Dynamics CRM Online account comes with a 5 GB cloud data storage. Additional GBs’ can be purchased for $9.99 per month. For every increment of 20 professional user licenses thereafter, the storage is increased by 2.5 GB subject to a maximum of 50 GB.
Microsoft stores data on several regional data centers. If you cancel your subscription, Microsoft deletes your data after several Email warnings.
You can selectively export your data locally by manual export of individual records to excel. Besides this, Microsoft keeps regular backups. In case of an emergency, you can request Microsoft to restore the most recent backup and this comes with certain conditions.
Yes. CRM Online and Office 365 integrates each other with Office 365 Enterprise E3 plan or above.
CRM online has ready apps available on Android Play store and IOS App store. These apps are available free of cost for CRM Online subscriptions.
Dynamics CRM Online is a subscription based license. On premise requires upfront Server license and Client Access Licenses (CALs’). On premise requires installation on your servers and these servers can be hosted locally or on cloud. CRM Online implementation requires lesser number of days compared to On Premise. The latter requires additional steps such as Installation, database configuration in addition to application configuration, training and support.
Yes. CRM Online support data import to all entities from various file sources such as CSV, text, XML through the front end interface.
Yes. CRM Online can be fully customized.
Yes. Almost all functionality of CRM Online can be accessible within Microsoft Outlook.
